fun fact: this image originally came from a weird racist tumblr user back in 2015 (when i was 16 yrs old and actively used tumblr). they trolled everyone on tumblr very thoroughly and then made a fundraiser offering to stop posting for $8000/month. i dont think this worked out and they disappeared at some point from the platform.

@kelly_steffee I use to go to a neurologist back in the early 2000’s that was considered a migraine expert. He has since moved away.
Fortunately, the only migraines I have ever had were ophthalmic migraines, no pain.

I’m going on almost 3 consecutive months with migraines, admitted to hospital 2x because of it. Hanged my monthly meds 2x and my emergency meds 2x I have an appt with a headache specialist in December! So I found a work around my pain clinic Dr does it but Neuro doesn’t do it anymore, so I had a referral sent to pain clinic they just sent them all my records including hospitalizations. They FINALLY approved it

I have to stay in the hospital again tonight, but I’m really hoping to be able to go home tomorrow.
The implant that was installed in my ankle in April became contaminated from the open wound, so they had to remove it, and now they’re treating me with powerful antibiotics before they send me home. Again I am so grateful to all of you!

He was criminally and unjustly charged for asking questions that a biased, racist, and corrupt Massachusetts state trooper FAILED to ask. He was criminally and unjustly charged for asking the obvious TRUE suspects of Officer O’Keefe’s the very questions that the troopers working under corrupt Norfolk Co. DA Michael Morrisey FAILED to ask them.
And ultimately, was criminally and unjustly charged for applying pressure to a corrupt local government machine with an alarming amount of moving parts.
PLEASE join me tomorrow and help me fuel his fight on the eve of The Mighty One @Bederowlaw’s argument to dismiss these fabricated and asinine charges that could potentially have a devastating effect on YOUR 1st amendment rights!

My take on the retention of Karen Read’s Cell phones by NCDAO:
After the July 13 hearing before Judge Michael Doolin, the case for finally ending the cell phone dispute in criminal court has become clear and compelling.
Karen Read’s two iPhones were seized in January 2024 under a warrant that authorized seizure only — not a search. Prosecutors waited nearly 19 months before even seeking authority to examine the contents. Judge Peter Krupp rejected that request, ruling the delay unreasonable. With no search warrant granted and no indictment returned against Read on witness intimidation charges, there is no lawful basis for the government to continue holding her personal property.
Judge Doolin reinforced this reality in his March 2026 ruling. He explicitly held that Read “is entitled to return” of the phones because “there is no basis for the continued possession” once the search request was denied and no active case against her remained. The narrow allowance for retention pending appeal was never intended to justify indefinite holding.
The appointment of Special Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove was meant to ensure independence from Norfolk DA Michael Morrissey, who was reportedly named as a target of the alleged intimidation. Arguments presented at the July 13 hearing — including evidence of coordination between Cosgrove and the DA’s office — directly undermine that independence and support his disqualification from this matter.
After two and a half years, continued retention of highly private cell phones without viable criminal process raises serious due process and property rights concerns. Any remaining relevance these devices may have belongs in civil discovery, where the parties have already agreed to controlled forensic extractions under court supervision — not as ongoing leverage in criminal court.
The criminal phase of this dispute is exhausted. Judge Doolin’s pending written decision should return the phones to Karen Read and remove Special Prosecutor Cosgrove from this matter, bringing this chapter to a close.
Due process requires an end point. This is it.

18 USC § 875(d) I’ve seen this @DMAnews1 indict on much weaker language. Much weaker. And in this case, a reasonable person would very obviously expect Kate Peter to be a CW witness against Aidan. And she made this threat using interstate commerce. See comments for screenshot.

BREAKING NEWS🚨🚨🚨: Proctorgate and Krustygate have combined, and the Karen Read/Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney cases may never be the same. The Norfolk District Attorney's Office has responsive records related to PI Kate Peter's "secret" Discord server for Read trial witnesses (active during Karen's trial and then deleted). Peter, a PI associated with Marty Kraft (a former Boston police officer who knew John O'Keefe), was emailing State Police Troopers assigned to investigate Karen and Aidan as early September of 2023 (including a specific email to Yuri Bukhenik about the "O'Keefe MV homicide investigation" that was withheld from Karen's team in discovery). Michael Morrissey (the Norfolk DA), for his part, has over 175,000 pages of responsive records related to Discord in his office's email system from between January of 2022 and the summer of 2026. Of those records, 67 pages were responsive to Discord server ID's connected to Kate Peter. I tried to tell you all. I will come for you if you corruptly abuse my government, or take advantage of my family, and you will not see it coming. Now, Ms. Peter (and Mr. Morrissey), you're going to hear me juridically roar. Brian Tully and his men may have enabled you both, but I will hold you accountable because this government, and unrepentant truth, still matter. You, and whoever you work for, threw everything you could at some of us, and we're still standing. Now, it's your time to fall (and September's primary --that @adamdeitch will win-- is right around the corner). Previously, in January of 2026, I reported; It is now confirmed (by one of Kate Peter's own people, who worked himself into a shoot trying to keep up the appearance of being Free Karen Read), that Kate Peter manipulated discovery in the 2023 @DoctorTurtleboy cases involving Jen McCabe! Kate will for sure be called as a witness in those remaining cases (and this follows on the news that Kate worked as a PI for a firm retained by Jen McCabe to investigate Karen Read's case, with Yuri Bukhenik, as early as 2023). Kate even directly asked special Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove and Ken Mello if she could make edits to that discovery (Brian Tully then presented that evidence out of context to the grand jury thanks to Kate's edits), and got approval to do so! That approval, and the editing of discovery, thus elevates Kate from a civilian informant to a member of the prosecution team overseeing Aidan's cases (something that a judge can rule renders Kate, and all the evidence she touched, along with all her Discord servers, all of her phones and phone records, all of her emails, and otherwise, subject to Rule 14, and the exclusionary rule, in Aidan's trial). In short; Kate was elevated to the status of a member of the prosecution team under Rule 14 regarding Aidan's remaining 2023 cases, at Jen McCabe's direction apparently, and this is the smoking gun.
