@TechConnectify I agree that is what it’s from, and it is very common to see. Getting that drain cleared will allow for water to drain away properly and should then allow for better defrost cycles which can help. But I would not be too worried about it.

@TechConnectify Appliance repair guy here. Those drains have a tendency to clog and then freeze. If still frozen, using a steamer is the best way to get through. The culprit is likely the rubber cap over the drain in the rear machine compartment. The small slit clogs and needs to be cleaned.
