7) Green Bay Packers
Jalen Hurts is a student of Michael Jordan, and MJ was a performance artist on the greatest stages.
The only time Hurts played in the historic Packers stadium? The 2nd half during the 2020 season. No audience, no show.
Five years later…to Lambeau we go!
There’s a wedding that has shut down Market Street and they’re having an amazing time out in the street!! Look how much fun cities are when the streets are filled with people and not cars!
One of my kids spilled milk in my car and it smells… not good (to put it lightly).
Problem is I can’t figure out where exactly it was spilled.
Any tips?
@GuyDealership Why no mention of synthetic fuels. There is to much upside (plugs right into existing infrastructure). Once the cost curve related to manufacturing comes down that seems like the clear winner to me. Synth fuels will immediately be compatible with ICE and easily distributed.
BREAKING
You might not own an electric vehicle by 2032, after all.
The EPA is *easing* its emissions rule ramp-up after major concerns from the car industry.
Percentage of EVs by 2032:
Previous plan: 67%
Current plan: 30-56%

My biggest complaint about Brian Johnson is the play design. Last year Steichen created so many easy throws for Jalen and allowed him to get into a rhythm. This year it just seems like there’s nothing easy for Jalen and everything is down the field without any creativity
@carsales_guy@KFLETCH___@Porsche Saw a car I was interested in. Emailed the dealer, they told me “they won’t talk number anywhere but the sales floor” despite them being 3 hrs from me. Said “thanks, but no thanks.”
Weekends are not an excuse to spend all day at a car dealership.
Sure, if you need to test drive some cars to narrow your search, go for it, but separate browsing and buying.
When it’s time to buy, shop online.
Agree to terms via text/email/phone and show up first thing in the morning to sign paperwork and take delivery, or have the vehicle delivered to your home.
This is the way.
@SMBkapital@BangTimeBurks Taking a leap putting me email on the web but very interested in deals like this. Kyle.e.estes@gmail.Com. Have had some deal flow but nothing has landed.
"Jarryd, I don't have that capital to buy a $2.5m dollar business?"
But, teaming up with investors, you actually do.
"How do I structure the deal & terms?"
My friends, it goes like so (this was a real deal).
Purchase price: $2.5m
EBITDA: $683k
Total Injection: $250k
Your Injection: $40k
Investor Injection: $210k
Your Equity: 80%
Investor Equity: 20%
Seems lopsided?
1. You're carrying a personal guarantee on the loan, investors are not. AKA, you are taking on more risk relative to your current Net Worth.
2. Investors get 36% Cash on Cash Return (COC) and 63% IRR at a conservative exit multiple, OFF the charts right?! (see image for actual returns, cell E43 'LP Return' in model). Investors can't get these returns anywhere else, not stocks, not real estate...maybe BTC or VC but investors want to sleep at night right?
3. Investors also get a 9% Preferred Return: Investors get paid first. *Preferred return ends, once investors makes their initial investment back.
Bonus:
You get paid a salary PLUS a share of the profits from day one. Its called the American Waterfall Method.
**Euro Waterfall Method, you don't get a share of profits until preferred & total investor injection is paid back. No disrespect to the Euros, but we don't live in Europe and...
This is America baby!
More importantly! Your COC return is 398% in the first year. Look at your projected returns in more detail... (cell E51 'GP Return' in model).
Searcher Total returns including exit at year 5:
$4,726,126
*This is even after the remaining bank/seller note debts have been paid off.
Again I ask where else do you and your investors get returns like these???
Nomad update: a primary attacker appears to have stolen the largest single portion of the funds, approx $95 million. The rest of the stolen funds were distributed to a much wider spread of wallets, which could represent distinct attackers — or opportunists 1/3
TRM investigators are tracking a 55% month-on-month increase in the number of phishing attacks deployed through Discord in June 2022, with dozens of these recent account compromises likely being related.

...of TRM's analysis indicates dozens of these attacks are likely related. In the recent Yuga Labs exploit, a consolidation wallet used by the attacker was linked to wallets with direct exposure to other compromises from May & June. Read the report: bit.ly/3z3LJJf (2/2)
Unfortunately, this prediction was spot on: #harmonybridge attackers started moving the stolen ETH into Tornado Cash this AM at a speed that reminds us of the #ronin hack 💨. An eerily familiar on-chain pattern we see when following funds stolen from #defi exploits:
The ~$100 million in assets stolen from @harmonyprotocol 's bridge have been swapped for nearly 86K ETH and are now sitting in the original hack address👇. Next stop - a mixer? 🌪️
