@K_Gron @jaymez858 @Topps That’s not true at all. The receiver can file a claim. I have done that before. Sounds like you are not good at finding solutions… only good at making excuses.

@AASportscards17 @Topps also I know who the theif was and see him listing more redemptions on facebook. The police have everything. So the hold had nothing to do with it. He is targeting Topps packages and it would have been gone no matter what. I told Topps this but again they ignored me

@K_Gron @Topps It’s not Topps fault. They did their part. FedEx is ultimately responsible. I hope you learned a lesson that holding, forwarding, rescheduling deliveries from any carrier is just laying the groundwork for a horror story.
