@grenadeofficial Thanks for the response. 6 weeks since first mail. And just to be clear, UK office told me they would replace them before I sent them over. Looking forward to a resolution.

@grenadeofficial 18th Oct I contact CS about a bad-tasting batch of Salted Caramel. I say I'm in Ireland. They ask I send them to the Uk, I do via reg post, then I'm told they won't replace/ship to Ireland. 7 boxes shipped, cost me €200, and my mails are ignored. Please sort.
