There’s no way Dublin should be facing Louth again.Repeat pairings should not be not allowed. 6 weeks from Tyrone’s last game is another farce.Then 3 weeks again for their round 2 game after it.Very hard to get any sort of exciting build up with such a sporadic competition format

Huge clutch point by Alex Bernie to equalise for Kildare Westmeath had a free with a minute left and decided to drop it into the square rather than finishing out the last minute. Bizarre decision and he was right beside the sideline too for advice

@RedIrishDub @DavidSSport Wouldn't have Mayo near the top teams! Donegal and Armagh definitely up there and possibly Galway if they keep their top players fit but highly doubtful!

@DavidSSport @RedIrishDub Yeah expected much more from them as defending champions! They looked like a team who were afraid of Dublin and never believed they could beat them! Stood of them completely and showed way to much respect!

The White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooter was armed with a shotgun, handgun, and multiple knives, according to DC police chief Jeffrey Carroll. The shooter was identified as 31-year-old teacher Cole Allen from Torrance, California. The suspect emerged from a "makeshift room" near the entrance, where "there was no security" near where bar carts were stored, according to the New York Post. "He was in that room... he grabbed it out of a bag or something." The weapon "was long" and "didn’t look like a typical gun," a witness who was a volunteer at the event told the Post. It is reportedly believed that Allen was a guest at the Hilton hotel where the dinner took place.
