WHAT WE DID: I brought Omweso - Uganda’s traditional timber board game - and taught it live. No screens. No money. Just timber, seeds, strategy, and culture. WHY OMWESO IS DIFFERENT: 1. It costs nothing - Carve the timber yourself. Seeds from your garden. No data. No airtime. No debt. 2. It builds you - Calculation, fast thinking, patience, strategy. Your mind gets stronger, not weaker. 3. It unites you - Elder + youth. Campus + community. We sat together, laughed together, learned together. No fights. No disrespect. Just culture. 4. Yesterday, the Kachaina Media team, led by our visionary founder Humphrey Nabimanya, stormed Isingiro Secondary School for an unforgettable day of impact! 🏫🔥 ​In partnership with Reach A Hand Uganda (RAHU) and their incredible #TobaBully campaign, we brought a unique blend of motivation, pure fun, and edutainment directly to the students. ​Bullying has no place in our schools, and through the power of media, storytelling, and open conversations, we are equipping the next generation to stand up, speak out, and create safe spaces for everyone. 🗣️❤️ ​Our founder shared powerful motivational insights, and the energy from the students was absolutely unmatched!
