We do not use demo reviews as we cannot guarantee any degree of accuracy using that technique. Many good players today were accused early in their careers using demos and short clips that lack context e.g. discord communication, trends with that specific opponent, etc. Banning players based on intuition and feel rather than hard evidence cannot be the way for the biggest third party platform as we would be ending players careers due to the opportunities available at high Elo, league, and qualifiers that they would be banned from. It also scales poorly with the number of players on the platform.

AI cheats are the most-banned cheat category, with detections up 272% in Season 7 (372 total bans). Meanwhile, DMA-related bans dropped by 4%. IOMMU/VBS hardware enforcement now covers 88% of players, helping block how DMA cheats read game files.

It’s crazy that game was released back in 2023 and we still don’t have something called “anti cheat”. Reminder for people , VAC on CSGO. Used to detect free cheats within span of few hours/days. Vac live can’t detect user cheating with free software for months/years still 😂😂

@FrizzerCS even when they add the anticheat it isnt going to make a huge difference. cheat providers will always find a way to bypass. CS:GO cheats were just as bad even with vac and OW. kernal anticheat will always work the best, but yall would bitch bout that unfortunately

Cheaters are so blatant they can keep 1.5K knives in their inventory without worry. Valve does not seem to be paying attention to reports at all unless someone is spin botting.
