i know no one cares abt me going on a treadmill but it’s been such a big thing for me bc i fully lack motivation for everything and it’s really difficult for me

tried to treadmill and managed half an hour with higher speed and a ten minute run but could just about make half an hour before I felt a bit funny, no Corrie for me tonight but not gna beat myself up and force myself to push beyond what I feel up to, in itself is (c)

v glad I have a remote coming in next few days bc as much as I love having my tv on again esp w fire stick but there’s no volume button and the tv is so loud which makes me anxious of not waking up for my alarm later
