The propaganda and lies in the film are insane. The entire naval aircraft carrier angle was a total fabrication in the movie. No Hindu Navy officers nor Vikram (actual name Prem Bhagwandas Ahuja) were trying to buy a faulty aircraft to steal crores of money. They added the corrupt Hindu Navy officers angle purely to show the Parsi guy, Rustom (actual name Kawas Manekshaw Nanavati), as patriotic and obedient. The film even shows that Rustom fights his own case, which is also false. Karl Khandalavala, another Parsi, represented him. They even show his prosecutor as a corrupt, false-allegation comedian who lost to Rustom, but in real life, Ram Jethmalani is one of the best criminal lawyers in India, who actually won the case. Ram Jethmalani made Rustom (Kawas Manekshaw Nanavati) get a life sentence, but political manipulation by the Parsi community and other Hindus who were siding with them, and also because he was close to the Gandhi-Nehru family, made sure he came back without even serving three years. They even showed Vikram's sister in a very villainous bad light. In real life, she was just a grieving sister who lost the only family she had. She fought alone, hired Ram Jethmalani, and even after winning the case, she was forced to sign a pardon for Rustom (Kawas Manekshaw Nanavati). And yes, the real-life pair did live happily together. They went to Canada. Only accurate part is that he was a cuck in real life too.

As soon as we entered the office, we were warmly welcomed with tea, coffee, and snacks. Several well-dressed executives in suits were busy explaining schemes to other visitors who had also come with “winning” coupons. Seeing so many people there made us feel it was a genuine company. After some time, the real pitch began. They presented highly attractive tour packages — free stays in luxury suites, multiple domestic trips, and even one international holiday — all at unbelievably low prices. Their team delivered long, emotional, and motivational speeches that made the offer sound too good to miss. Under pressure, I paid the amount on the spot to book the package. For the next 3-4 days, I tried calling them repeatedly to get more details, but all their numbers were switched off. No one responded. That’s when I realised I had been scammed. Sadly, the same kind of scams are now happening in Goa. Touts are distributing similar “lucky coupons” on roads and beaches, trapping tourists with the promise of cheap holidays and luxury stays. Tourism in Goa is under serious threat because of such harassment and fraud by touts. This growing menace is damaging the state’s reputation and putting at risk the livelihood of thousands of locals who depend on honest tourism. The government must take immediate and strict action to stop these scams, restore trust among visitors, protect tourists, and revive Goa’s image as a safe and welcoming destination.
