No trials, no lawyers. The prosecution is the judge, jury and executioner. Thats how executions happen in Iran. No war means the continuation of this …

The Home Care Service in Sweden hired a Syrian gangster to take care of the elderly. It ended with him recording himself abusing and torturing them while shouting “Allahu Akbar” @samhallsnytt reports that 22-year-old Abdulrahman Al Khleef Almasalmeh from Syrianis being prosecuted for abusing, assaulting and mistreating 15 elderly people. The man, who arrived in Sweden as a refugee in 2015, was a member of a criminal gang and had previously been sentenced for robbing and tormenting several Swedish youths while armed with a gun. The investigation into the home care abuses has in total involved 15 complainants, with the oldest being a 99-year-old woman. In one video, his victim is a 92-year-old Swedish woman. “You look like a monkey!” he says to the woman while pointing at her. Abdulrahman Al Khleef Almasalmeh then swings his open hand toward the woman’s face without hitting her. Instead, he grabs her nose and yanks it while making a honking sound. He continues to insult the elderly woman in Arabic: “You whore! I swear I’m going to curse you! he says,” and adds: “Eat shit you whore!” In other video clips, an 81-year-old man is subjected to abuse and torture. First, the Syrian home care worker repeatedly calls his victim “son of a whore.” Then the 81-year-old is tormented in the shower as the 22-year-old Syrian pours ice-cold water on him. “I swear by Allah that I will make you freeze,” Al Khleef Almasalmeh is heard screaming in Arabic. The mobile phone videos were found on a mobile phone in connection with another criminal investigation. At the end of November last year, while the police investigation against Al Khleef Almasalmeh was ongoing, he was suspended from work with full pay. But the day after the New Year holiday, on January 2nd this year, he was allowed to return to his job in home care. “Since we don’t know more about the investigation, we cannot suspend him for more than one month, says the home care unit manager Maid Prnjavorac in a police interview. The 22-year-old Syrian therefore remained at his workplace until he was arrested by the police on the morning of January 19th. Abdulrahman Al Khleef Almasalmeh came to Sweden from Syria together with his parents and 5 siblings during the 2015 European Migration crisis 2015. He was made a Swedish citizen 3 years later and therefore can’t be deported for his crimes now. Despite Al Khleef Almasalmeh having been sentenced for 2 cases of assault and 5 cases of unlawful threats from his past as a gangster, he was hired in March last year by the home care service in Örebro. The person who hired Abdulrahman Al Khleef Almasalmeh was the home care unit manager Maid Prnjavorac. Prnjavorac does not want to answer @samhallsnytt’s questions when they call him. Instead, he refers to his boss Sahra Strandberg, who serves as the acting operations manager. In case anyone wonders how it is growing old in Sweden after paying 40% of your salary in tax for decades, this case explain a lot.

When did I ignore it? I already addressed it. “National group” is not the full definition. The key part is intent to destroy the group as such. You’re still pointing to Hamas, which is a military/political entity, not to Palestinians as a people. Adding insults doesn’t fix the hole in your argument. At this point, it looks like you don’t actually understand the terms you’re using, which is why you keep misunderstanding my replies. I’m addressing what you say directly, you’re just too ignorant on the subject to notice it. Go read the replies again and do more research. This is the same problem as with the Holocaust argument. You keep bringing up points that you think help your case, but they actually undermine it and prove mine.

@KaiserGPack @jg7135 @A_M_R_M1 Again, you're ignoring fact. NATIONAL GROUP is included in the definition of genocide. If you don't want to face facts and admit that the truth isn't what you're for, then you can't be upset with people that deny the Holocaust, the same way you're denying this. Hypocrite.

“A video TREND in the United States by famous American content creator Myron Gaines: An Israeli girle asks him: Do you believe the Holocaust happened? Myron: Do you believe there is a genocide in Gaza? Israeli woman: There is no evidence of that. Myron responds: Well then—how do you expect the world to believe in the Holocaust, in which 6 million Jews were killed, even though it happened in a time without advanced recording and documentation technologies, while today you deny what is happening in Gaza, despite the world seeing it live, with sound and images?”

“Destroy Hamas” = targeting an armed/political entity, not a people. Genocide requires intent to destroy a group as such (Palestinians), not defeat a governing/military force. If Hamas is a de facto government/armed authority, that makes this an armed conflict, not evidence of genocide. And high civilian casualties don’t automatically make something genocide: World War II - tens of millions of civilians died in bombings and sieges Battle of Mosul - massive civilian deaths fighting ISIS (a governing terror group) Syrian Civil War - hundreds of thousands of civilians killed in war None of those are automatically labeled genocide, because the target was an enemy force, not the destruction of a protected group as such. But jumping straight to “genocide” requires proof that the goal is to destroy Palestinians as a people, and your own example points to Hamas, not that.

@KaiserGPack @jg7135 @A_M_R_M1 Netanyahu has openly said he intends to destroy Hamas in his speeches. I get that Hamas is a terrorist organization & shouldn't be in power, & the people voted them there. But that terrorist organization is now a national political party. Proof is there & you're ignoring it.

You can’t accept the starting population and reject the outcome, those two are directly connected. We have ~9–9.5M Jews in Europe before the war from independent national censuses (your point, which you accept). After the war, those same populations are measured again: Poland: ~3.3M down to ~45K Jews by 1950 Germany/Austria: ~500K down to near zero remaining Lithuania: ~220K down to ~10K Across Europe: ~9–9.5M down to ~3–3.5M That’s millions missing, not thousands. And this isn’t one source it’s: Post-war censuses and population studies Nazi deportation and camp records Documents from multiple countries Survivor and community records All of those independent lines of evidence converge on the same scale (~6M) in the The Holocaust. So if you accept the pre-war numbers, you have two options: Explain where millions of Jews disappeared to across Europe. Or accept the documented outcome Here ill even give you the link to Yad Vashem where they have records of ~5M. collections.yadvashem.org/en/names You are welcome to learn about the Holocaust more. As the anount of evidence to the numbers is undisputable. There just too much evidence and records from so many countries and the Nazis themselves.

@KaiserGPack @jg7135 @A_M_R_M1 Correct. I'm not disputing the number of jews living there. But to believe that around 6 million of them were killed during the holocaust is just ridiculous. Like I said, I believe a genocide did happen to the jews during WW2, but not to 6 million of them.

“300K is still a Holocaust” is exactly the misunderstanding. The The Holocaust isn’t just “a tragedy where Jews died.” It’s a specific historical event: a continent-wide, state-run extermination that destroyed about 2/3 of European Jews (~6M). That scale isn’t optional, it’s how we know what actually happened. If you say “only 300K died,” then one of these has to be false: •The ~9–9.5M pre-war Jewish population (from multiple national censuses) •The post-war population collapse to ~3–3.5M •The documented deportations, camps, and killing operations across Europe You can’t keep the system and remove the outcome. At that point, you’re not describing the Holocaust, you’re inventing a smaller, different event and calling it the same thing.

“Carbon levels” isn’t how science works, human remains are negligible compared to global carbon cycles. There were mass graves, but also systematic cremation. Camps like Auschwitz-Birkenau, Treblinka, and Sobibor used gas chambers for killing and then crematoria + open-air burning for disposal, and even dug up earlier graves to destroy evidence. And the ~6M isn’t one claim it comes from multiple independent sources that all match: pre-war vs post-war population data, Nazi transport & camp records, and archives across Europe.

@KaiserGPack @NYJ_Jeff @A_M_R_M1 6mil is an absolute massive number, it quite literally would’ve changed the carbon levels of the world… there would be MASSIVE gravesites with bones (gas chambers don’t rid biological matter) & it’s not bout if it happened, It happened thats documented just way over exaggerated

@Josh48989796 @jg7135 @A_M_R_M1 You’re assuming the key element instead of proving it. Genocide requires intent to destroy a group as such not just destruction happening. Intent has to be demonstrated, not declared.

@KaiserGPack @jg7135 @A_M_R_M1 Genocide is defined as certain acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group. If you don't think that's what Israel is attempting to do in Gaza, then you're blind and don't deserve to be taken seriously.
