⚠️ Two nurses in Tehran who treated wounded protesters were arrested by Islamic regime terrorists and gang-raped in custody. One 33-year-old nurse was repeatedly raped for days. Her injuries were so severe that doctors had to remove part of her intestine, leaving her with a permanent colostomy bag. Her uterus was torn and may still have to be removed after multiple surgeries. Before surgery, she reportedly begged doctors not to save her life. The second nurse suffered similar abuse - gang-raped, her intestine severely damaged and her uterus completely removed. Hell is not enough for these monsters.
