Just a reminder.... Its ok to be firm and set boundaries with others at the sake of your own peace. If they dont like it them thats something they can deal with. For all of us doing the inner work i give you a pat on the back.

Shift your nervous system in 15 seconds ! Shifting your nervous system isn’t about just telling yourself to relax it’s about using your body to release tension and signal safety. Start with body bouncing: jump lightly in place, letting your joints and muscles loosen as stress shakes off. You may notice yawns, sighs, or even laughter signs your system is releasing and recalibrating. Then add head movement and sound, gently moving your head side to side while letting hums, sighs, or natural sounds come out to release tension in your neck, jaw, and shoulders. Finish with the three-part breath and forward fold: take two quick inhales, then fold forward as you exhale deeply with a “ha” sound. This activates your “rest and digest” state and helps you feel calm and grounded. Together, these movements, sounds, and breath reset the nervous system and bring you back to balance

Your nervous system is constantly moving between two states: the sympathetic state, which is your fight-or-flight response, and the parasympathetic state, which is your rest, repair, and healing mode. When you’re carrying unprocessed emotions stress, grief, anger, or fearyour body often stays stuck in sympathetic overdrive, keeping your heart rate high, your muscles tight, and your mind on edge. The good news is that you don’t always need something external to shift out of that state. By bringing awareness to what you’re feeling and giving those emotions a safe outlet, you can gently guide your body back into parasympathetic balance. Awareness is the first step. When you notice that you’re holding tension in your shoulders, that your breath feels shallow, or that your chest feels heavy with emotion, you’re already interrupting the unconscious cycle. From there, practices like movement and breathwork become powerful tools. Movement helps emotions that have been “trapped” in the body find a way out whether through stretching, shaking, walking, or dancing. Breathwork works on a more direct level: slow, intentional breathing signals to your nervous system that you are safe, and it literally activates the parasympathetic response. Even a few minutes of deep belly breathing or lengthening your exhale can calm the racing thoughts and shift your internal chemistry. Journaling adds another dimension, allowing you to translate emotions into words instead of leaving them bottled inside. Putting thoughts and feelings onto paper not only clears mental clutter but also helps your nervous system recognize that the experience has been acknowledged. This sense of processing, combined with body-based practices, is often enough to help the body downshift into rest-and-digest mode. Over time, the more you practice these techniques, the quicker your system learns to reset. You’re not stuck in fight-or-flight foreverthrough awareness, movement, breath, and self-expression, you can remind your body that it is safe to soften, heal, and simply be. I hope you found this helpful🧬🧬🧬 #dna #rewire #Emotions

The body keeps the score - When you’re living with pain that doesn’t seem to have a clear physical cause, it can feel frustrating and even isolating. But the truth is, the body keeps the score meaning our bodies hold onto the impact of our experiences, especially the painful ones, in ways that don’t always show up as memories or thoughts. Emotional wounds, unresolved stress, and trauma don’t just disappear when we push them aside; instead, they can manifest through physical symptoms like chronic pain, tension, headaches, fatigue, or stomach issues. This isn’t “all in your head” it’s your nervous system and body trying to communicate something that hasn’t been fully processed or healed. Think about how your body reacts in moments of stress: your heart races, your muscles tighten, your breath shortens. Now imagine being in that state not just for a few minutes, but repeatedly, over months or years. That accumulated stress can leave imprints in the body, training it to stay on high alert and creating patterns of pain or discomfort. Emotional experiences, especially traumatic ones, can get stored in the body’s memory, almost like scars, and they can keep resurfacing in physical ways until we give them the attention they need. Pain, in this sense, is often less about a random malfunction and more about the body’s way of asking us to notice what has been ignored or unspoken. Healing then isn’t just about fixing the physical symptom it often means working gently with both body and mind. Practices like therapy, mindfulness, movement, breathwork, or even simply allowing yourself to feel and release emotions can begin to shift what the body has been carrying. When you start listening to your body as a storyteller instead of treating it as a broken machine, the pain begins to make more sense. It’s not punishment and it’s not weakness it’s your body’s wisdom, reminding you that everything you’ve been through matters, and that healing happens when you bring both your physical and emotional selves into the process.

The tension softens. Laughter finds its way back. And there she is — the woman you were before the world told her she had to be sharp to be safe.

There is nothing broken in you for bracing for the worst. For reading every room like a map of danger. For holding love with one hand, while the other shields your wounds. You did what you had to do. You became protector and survivor. You learned how to keep the sacred parts of you safe. But real love — steady, patient love — It won’t ask you to stay armored forever. One day, someone will arrive with a presence calm enough that your body lets go before your mind does.

Most people swear they know it all ~right up until they stop echoing the crowd and think for themselves. That’s when the illusion cracks. Repeating opinions is easy....Truth doesn’t shout.

I’m sharing the work I’ve collected from mentors over the past years because it’s completely elevated my life. It transformed the man I once was into the man I am today. Truth is, based on where I’m from and my background, the chances of me doing this kind of work were basically zero. But from a young age, something inside me knew there was more. That I was here for a bigger reason. To help others. That’s why I share this, because if I can do it, If I can heal my body, my nervous system, and break generational cycles, anyone can. We all deserve to feel amazing. We all deserve to thrive. Thank you for being here. 🙏🏽

You notice the glow differently when someone is living in their power and speaking their truth it took me years to feel the way I feel now complete liberation and freedom within myself through self work and trusting in God's purpose &plan! When the body is at rest, the soul speaks louder. In moments of stillness, our nervous system softens its grip, and we shift from survival into presence. This is the sacred state of “rest and digest,” where healing begins..not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, energetically. It is in this space that the body remembers it is safe, that it is whole. No longer preparing for battle, the heart beats slower, the breath deepens, and the cells align themselves toward repair, balance, and peace. But rest alone is not enough to truly thrive. The body, the voice, the spirit...they are all wired for truth. When we repress our authentic expression, tension builds, often invisibly. Our throat tightens, our gut contracts, our energy fragments. But when we begin to speak..gently at first, then fully..with honesty, clarity, and courage, our entire system begins to reorganize around integrity. Truth is not a weapon; it is a medicine. And the body responds to truth like a plant to sunlight..it opens, it breathes, it grows. When you speak your truth, you return to alignment. Your body, your voice, your being begins to vibrate in harmony with your soul’s purpose. And from that place, you don’t just survive..you thrive. Creativity flows. Peace becomes your baseline. And life begins to meet you with more grace. Speaking your truth is not always easy, but it is always sacred. It is an act of devotion..not just to yourself, but to the divine spark within you that was never meant to be silenced. I hope you find this helpful !

Radical truth comes with freedom ✨ & not speaking, your truth, comes with a painful price to your body and soul✨ It's not about saying "I'm fine" with a fake smile. Nor is it about politely hinting at boundaries or quietly swallowing your truth to avoid rocking the boat. It's about burning the script you've been performing. It's about facing the lies you've told yourself to survive-and realizing those same lies are keeping you stuck. Done pretending you're fine?
