@CharlesMullins2 Well yes. It is fairly complex, I oversimplified. I will look up the references for it. I’m interested in this as I am a physio and my work is quite holistic. The emotions will increase coherence between brain, heart and other systems, leading a healthier system.

There is some evidence stress and lifestyle can influence telomere length indirectly through hormones, inflammation, and cellular repair systems. But it’s not as simple as “emotions regrow them.” Telomeres are tightly controlled by biology (like telomerase activity), and uncontrolled growth is actually linked to cancer. So it’s less about emotions directly… and more about how your overall system state affects cellular stability. Which is where it gets interesting.

BREAKING: Australians will no longer pay $1.6bn in card surcharges from October 1. People shouldn’t be punished for using a credit or debit card. That's why the Reserve Bank will today take steps to end credit and debit card surcharging from October 1. This change will make a meaningful difference with Australians no longer paying $1.6 bn a year in surcharges, and small businesses will save $910m.

Our mortgage has been a yoyo for the past 24 months. Started at 6.2%, dropped last year over 4 cycles to 5.4%. Less than 6 months later and we back up to 5.95%. For us, the difference is about $300 extra per month. We also own two cars, one is a diesel. In less than 3 months expenses have gone up by $1,000. We will survive and thankfully made great decisions to hedge against such slavery mechanisms. Though for many Australians, $1,000 in a month is dire. RBA is also expecting to raise rates at least twice. Does the average Australian have $1500 in the budget to weather the rapid changes?

@yungkingmito This is what I read. Red light is not the problem, the problem is how you manage the flow of energy. I would want to increase my heart and brain coherence and understand the cause of the cancer ( physical, morphogenetic or mental).

We’re told more energy means better health, but cancer should have ended that idea a long time ago. Because cancer is not weak or passive, it is a system that has learned how to take energy, build structure, and continue even when that continuation harms the organism. Red and near-infrared light can increase mitochondrial activity, meaning more electron flow, more ATP, and more metabolic throughput. That does not mean healing in isolation, it means the system now has more capacity to do whatever it is already doing. If the system is repairing, that capacity can support repair and restoration of structure over time. If the system is unstable, that same increase in throughput can support instability and continuation of the wrong process. That is where people get this wrong, because energy is treated as if it has direction inside the body. In reality, energy enters a system and becomes available to whatever process is already best positioned to use it. Cancer makes this uncomfortable because it is extremely good at using available energy to sustain itself. It pulls in fuel, builds structure, and continues locally even when that persistence comes at the cost of the organism. When you increase the energy available to that system, you are not introducing something new or correcting it. You are lowering the resistance to what it is already doing and increasing its capacity to continue. Even the sun follows this rule, because continuous exposure without darkness would break biological systems over time. Repair, stability, and timing all require periods where energy input falls so that the system can maintain order. Health is not simply about how much energy is present, but about what that energy is allowed to support, when it arrives, and whether growth remains under control. When those controls are lost, more energy does not create order, it amplifies whatever pattern is already dominant. Energy does not decide outcomes, and it never has in any living system. It removes resistance and allows the processes that are already active to continue with greater force. Biology doesn’t reward intention, and it does not respond to what we hope a stimulus will do. It responds to what has the greatest capacity to persist under the conditions that are present.
