Wer sagt ihm, dass auch arbeitende Menschen in Bitcoin investieren? Dass man sehr kleine Summen investieren kann? Dass man damit durchaus etwas ansparen kann? Und wer erklärt ihm, dass der Staat dann darauf keinen Anspruch hat und seine gierigen Finger bei sich lassen soll?

@Cryptoinsightuk yeah, and on the other hand the weekly stoch rsi was in oversold territory almost for 6 months… why shouldnt it be possible for it to remain overbought for a few weeks to months…

I think there is never like 100% perfect set up and I've argued we could range a little longer. If you move to the monthly, you can see a stock rsi bullish cross, so it's extremely difficult to say exactly what will happen. I personally use standard RSI the most and put the most weight on that

$XRP highest weekly close since February 16th (marked by the light Blue line. However, $XRP still hasn't managed to break out of the range we find ourselves in. Closing a weekly candle above $1.475 would give me more confirmation our low is in. Watching to see what comes in the next week or so. We have a lot of hints to say the lows could be in, such as the RSI and the MACD, but we don't have the conformation yet

A successful retest back to the multi-year ascending support line that was created in 2020 for $XRP would mark only the 8th time in history that the major reversal signal would print across cycles.

Viele fragen sich gerade: „Wie kann jemand einen Polizisten erschießen – und trotzdem nicht wegen Mordes verurteilt werden?“ Die Antwort ist hart, aber strafrechtlich nachvollziehbar: Im Strafrecht wird nicht nur die Tat bewertet, sondern auch der Zustand des Täters im Moment der Tat. Es gibt zwei wichtige Stufen: § 21 StGB = verminderte Schuldfähigkeit → Strafe möglich § 20 StGB = Schuldunfähigkeit → keine Strafe im klassischen Sinn, stattdessen ggf. Psychiatrie. Im aktuellen Fall wirkt es nach der Berichterstattung so: 👉 beim Raub: strafrechtliche Verantwortlichkeit 👉 bei den tödlichen Schüssen: Schuldunfähigkeit Das wirkt widersprüchlich, ist rechtlich aber möglich, weil das Gericht einzelne Tatabschnitte getrennt bewerten kann. Wichtig: „bedingt schuldunfähig“ ist kein sauberer juristischer Begriff. Meist ist damit nur verminderte Schuldfähigkeit gemeint. Der entscheidende Punkt ist: Wenn ein Gutachten eher in Richtung verminderter Schuldfähigkeit geht, also § 21 StGB, das Gericht bei den Schüssen aber Schuldunfähigkeit annimmt, muss das sehr gut begründet sein. Genau deshalb ist es wichtig, dass die Staatsanwaltschaft Revision angekündigt hat. Dann wird nicht alles neu verhandelt, aber geprüft, ob dem Urteil Rechtsfehler anhaften. Das Strafrecht fragt eben nicht zuerst: „Was fühlt sich moralisch gerecht an?“ Sondern: „War der Täter in diesem Moment überhaupt schuldfähig?“ Und genau das führt manchmal zu Urteilen, die emotional kaum auszuhalten sind. Und bei diesem Fall muss man jetzt genau hinschauen.

Wenn wir anfangen, schwere körperliche Gewaltverbrechen als Metapher für digitale Persönlichkeitsrechtsverletzungen zu missbrauchen, entziehen wir dem Rechtsstaat die Grundlage. Das hat nichts mit Relativierung der Tat zu tun, sondern mit dem Schutz der Integrität von Opfern echter physischer Gewalt. Ein Bild auf einem Schirm ist keine Penetration, diese Grenze muss stehen bleiben, völlig egal, wer sie zieht. Dass du mir jetzt mit "Identitätspolitik" kommst und mir als schwulem Mann das Mitreden untersagst, ist enttäuschend. Logik und kriminologische Einordnungen sind nicht geschlechtsgebunden. Wenn eine Frau sagt, sie fühle sich virtuell erstochen, fordere ich ja auch nicht die Mordkommission an. Wir müssen aufhören, jedes Trauma durch sprachliche Superlative aufzuwerten, nur um maximale politische Aufmerksamkeit zu generieren.

Es gibt keine "virtuelle Vergewaltigung". Es gibt auch kein "virtuelles Wasser", das in der Wüste Leben rettet.
