@JenCarsonTaylor This is a State Visit, one head of state receiving another. It makes sense that it would just be the heads of state and their spouses. And this reflects what we see at other State Visits during this element at Windsor Castle.

Am I the only one who objects to this staging? Who thought it was a good idea to place OUR Prince and Princess of Wales off stage like this? The optics are terrible. Geez!

Thank goodness Meghan was wearing another LA baseball cap and the photographer was ready and waiting, or how else would we know that she's been volunteering again. Thankfully she had 'Our Place' bags ready to go and the Archewell team with her. Be prepared folks, she's just getting started. I am glad she is using her time to help others, it's just a shame she always has to have a company announcement of some kind to go with it. If she just said, please no pictures, please do not mention I was here, it would make it more believable this was an act of the kindness, rather than just another exposure opportunity.

I apologize in advance for the length of this post. It is solely my opinion. I think the crux of what bothers me most about Meghan Markle is her lack of respect for people, their privacy and their possessions. I taught Emotionally Disturbed and Behavioral Disorder high school students, ED/BD in old school language. She has absolutely no respect for people’s body space or boundaries. Her insistence on grubbing, grabbing and hugging, borders on aggression. She is marking people with this gesture as if they are her possession. This girl showing her discomfort with body contact by backing away from Markle’s grasp was completely ignored. Look at how Markle clutches the girl’s arms. My heart actually broke a little watching this play out. If the charity she’s visiting is established for traumatized girls, Markle should never be allowed near them. Her unwanted and forced body contact with people is an act of aggression and could ultimately cause a traumatic reaction. In example, William and Catherine are very adept at reading the cues of those with which they interact. They let the individual dictate their level of comfort and personal space. It’s just so infuriating seeing Smirkle forcefully making others submit to her unwanted physical attention. To me, she’s victimizing them all over again by inflicting her will on another person and treating their wishes with complete disregard. I can’t tell whether she has a Messiah complex, thinking she has a divine healing touch, or she really is that devoid of emotional intelligence. Either way, she should not be allowed anywhere near those who have greatly suffered or sustained unimaginable loss. If I’m honest, she shouldn’t be allowed near anyone who may be used as a prop in her macabre quest for celebrity.
