Today, we opened the new Consulate building in Nuuk. More than just a building, it reflects our desire for a strong and growing bilateral relationship with Greenland that fosters economic, educational, and scientific cooperation, along with closer connections between our communities. I look forward to seeing this new space be one where Greenlanders and Americans can connect, share, and build bridges of understanding and opportunity. I’m excited about this new chapter in 🇺🇸-🇬🇱 relations and I want to thank all who came for the opening, the first of what will surely be many gatherings in the new U.S. Consulate Nuuk.

@UkrainianAna It's why I mostly stay out of the discourse on Twitter. Most people have no understanding of the story and will give their opinion without nuance or grace for the importance of the Odyssey.

@UkrainianAna Like I said I'm looking forward to seeing Nolan's story but it's not going to give the Odyssey a fair representation. I'm not sure the medium film could do the story justice, gods and mythological creatures are difficult to portrayal because they are more than humans.

Politically the thing I am most concerned about as the war seems to come closer to an end, is Ukrainian E.U membership. We have to keep pushing for it. HARD. I also think that Ukrainian access to travel and reside freely in the E.U should remain in place even after the war ends.
