Having fear motivation doesn’t mean you’re supposed to live in fear or over-prepare for everything Fear is about awareness and discernment. You notice what could happen and ask the right questions so you can be prepared enough Need transference is when it turns into “I need this, I might need that, let me get everything just in case” That’s where it becomes excessive, anxious, and not grounded in what’s actually necessary So the difference is: Fear = aware and prepared Need = over-preparing and trying to control everything The cycle stops when you trust you’ve prepared enough and don’t keep adding more “just in case”.
