Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution. • Compliance & Labor Relations: Ensure all HR practices comply with Nigerian Labor Laws and relevant industry regulations. Manage statutory filings and stay updated on evolving workplace legislation. • Learning & Development: Identify skills gaps within the team and coordinate training programs or self-development activities to promote internal growth. Qualifications & Experience • Experience: 4–6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a management role within a tech or fintech environment. • Education : B. Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (A degree in Computer Science or Psychology is a significant advantage given our technical focus). • Certification : Membership in CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria) or SHRM/PHRi is highly preferred. Skills & Abilities • Ability to translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives. • The ability to lead a team through organizational changes, such as shifting work models (Remote vs. Hybrid). •Absolute discretion and ethical conduct in handling confidential employee and company information. • The ability to mentor a small team of HR associates and influence department heads.
