Only for them to completely LIE to me that I was still on for today and to wait for his phone call. I paid 193 dollars just to turn my gas back on, and it takes almost a WEEK now to do such a simple task? That is simply unacceptable. No questions. @KansasGas

@KansasGasService Service Appointment to turn Gas back on and the Technician never gave me a second call. I called just to make sure he was still coming, and was assured he was. But never called nor showed up and now rescheduled 2 days later without notification.

The @KansasGas and @ONEGasInc billing 3 to 4 months late in 2025, changing meters with large costs, and then charging deposits on corporate accounts that have been active for a decade... Monopoly utilities need more auditing and over site. If you can't bill, what else is wrong?
