Swansea will raise concerns over television coverage of their all-Welsh affair against Wrexham with the EFL after saying the team owned by Hollywood stars Rob Mac and Ryan Reynolds “were given priority at every opportunity”.

@reluctantnicko Dave Whelan did the same for us tbf, the only thing that does frustrate me compared to the likes of us, Bournemouth, Blackpool etc is all the fawning from the media, purely because they're famous. If say Wrexham Lager owner does same for club/town, hear/read very little

@tomasmithmusic @liveatleedsfest I remember you playing at embraces secret festival, was that 10 or 11 years ago?

The only thing I can find about me playing before Jalen NGonda at @SoundCity 9 years ago!!! He forgot his guitar strap so I loaned him mine. He was amazing then. It just shows you that people you think are relatively new and doing well have been doing it for absolutely years

@elonmusk Suppose that's why he didn't get Southampton into Europe, despite years of trying

@StevieVanZandt I'm sure the stones to all royalties until late 2010's. They approved Ashcrofts request for a sample but went on more than the stones wanted

It's really not just that. People had a different emotional involvement in the music when we were coming up. Music was everything. And we were all listening to the same radio stations and having that mass shared experience. It's a fragmented world now with a lot of distractions. A TV commercial can give you that same repetition that puts a song in people's heads, which is the effect that Radio once had. Most people don't own their own music anymore so they're not making any money from the commercials. But it is a legitimate way to keep their music alive. And turn new people onto it.
