IGNATIUS: Ukraine's growing its tactical skill in identifying targets inside Russia and penetrating Russian defenses to get to those targets. As observer, I'm impressed by Ukraine's ability to hit those targets. And how Ukraine's doing that so successfully is a bit of mystery. Anybody who looks at this war and sees Ukraine's skill at innovating needs to understand that there's more on the way. If I were Putin, I'd say: "As good as Ukraine is today in hitting my refineries, they'll be much better a year from now."
