@LivpureSmart It's been 3 days since machine stopped filtering. As per your cx team i have consumed 900 L in 1 month which is just ridiculous. I had done the advanced recharge for 6 months and it didn't even work for complete 1 month. My usage for last period was only 833 L.

@Pepperfry It's getting escalated so many times now but no resolution till date. Your customer service guy said some manager was going to call within 24hours 3-4 days ago but no-one never did. Can u process refund so that we can look 4 some other product rather than waiting 4 u people?

@Pepperfry Your customer service is bullshit, just a machine!!. You have delivered incomplete product and even after so many calls and emails their is no action taken. So much time wasted, product ordered in December and nothing really delivered even after a month, what a JOKE!!!
