@HP so after three phone calls, support shipped a flash drive to reinstall the software on our Spectre laptop. After calling support today, we have no laptop. No first call resolution? Not even 4th call resolution? Last HP product I will ever buy.

It's bad enough that the FedEx trucks take up all the lanes on Raiders Way....but speeding through a residential neighborhood...stop it!
