@gurtyo_Gh0st @TrackSimsF1 So Ferrari isn't eating their tires they have just a shitty engine and power deployment. And merc is probably playing with Ferrari

@TrackSimsF1 Saw it in testing, saw it in Australia, same here. Consistency that imo haven't seen since 2023. Hoping it can stay for the rest of the year 🤞

@anshuzy @gurtyo_Gh0st That’s why is eating the tires in 12 laps……it is at least one step behind Mercedes. Have you seen the analysis from China-Merc is faster at every single corner exit, which means Ferrari must go faster in corners to compensate. It is not faster,it must go fast and eats the tires

@CurveTorque Dude can't make a difference between having to manage the pace with having to downshift on the straight because of battery management

Why is everyone (incl. media) trying to gaslight us into to thinking that an endurance race, at a 21 km track of all places, is fully flat out and doesn’t involve pace management? In qualy, maybe. In the race they’re managing fuel, tyres and driving to deltas to optimise stints

It's clear as day. These regulations test the drivers ability, skill, awareness, intelligence. So it's obvious Lewis is driving much better than last year he is the smartest and the most skilful driver on the grid. Max struggling just shows he has skill issue

🚨 LEWIS HAMILTON describes mastering F1's new energy management as "VERY, VERY CHALLENGING". He calls it the most studious challenge of his career, crucial for success in wheel-to-wheel battles. 👉 "It requires meticulous detail," says the seven-time champion. He acknowledges Ferrari still lacks straight-line speed compared to rivals like Mercedes.

"I love the new F1 regulations... we've been running regulations like that for nearly 20 years now in endurance racing where the drivers and the teams have to work together to get the best out of their energy allocation and clearly there are some people in the F1 paddock who haven't caught onto that idea yet. And there is no point in shouting and screaming it's not racing. It is racing and it gives us the kind of racing that we got here."

@somethingoated @thanos876 There was almost no battery management but sometimes fuel management or lico for the plank wear In the last Era you could at least push flat out during qualifying.
