Honest to god… Plumbers came to fix a leaking tap, and the result? A flooded floor!!! Maybe check you didn’t dislodge anything BEFORE you leave. And a fantastic piece of bodgery to boot. 2nd major issue with @HomeServeUK . At least this one didn’t involve a toddler 🤬

@ADT_UK So far the WORST customer services I’ve ever encountered. Not an email responded to, or a call explaining why my 5 day old system still isn’t working. Read your emails and get your junk equipment out of my property.

@virginmedia so you’re engineer finds a fault with the cable, books a slot to come replace it. They come, try, make it worse, and then just bugger off. Multiple calls to you cut off. No broadband, nada. Handy when your wife WFH a lot and is yet CEO of Telent….
