EmpyreaL's BEST 5 DAYS OF PVP EVER? Starting with a win against Shadow Moses Friday, we rounded out the rest of the weekend (and Monday) with decisive victories against 388, Howlers, Avenger Squadron + so many more, then LAST NIGHT we defeat Shadow Moses AGAIN and SOCII (ex-Shadowfox). Shoutout to Blightveil @ThunderLake_ and Griefernet @KastPlays for also providing fights - both powerhouse groups, had large and small battles against them all weekend. They both have great people, if you haven't joined their discords please do so to support them! Star Citizen in 2025 has been incredible for EmpyreaL - full of victories against the best groups in the game during our first official entrance to the Persistent Universe. With only a month and a half to go, we're going to continue doing what we do best until 2026 comes along. Big thanks to everyone in EmP for being such great friends ❤️ love the group of people we have. Competitive and chill 😎

Been playing ARC Raiders over the weekend and generally love this game design. They've really nailed the fear of Looter/Shooters. Amazing job to that team! However #StarCitizen has ruined games for me. I just can't get into anything else. Constantly saying... I wish this was in SC. Constantly just wanting to play Star Citizen, even with the bugs and my rants!😠 Points from ARC Raiders playtest to take from it. - Amazing Audio - Amazing Visuals - Amazing A.I Threat (PVE) - Amazing Player TTK (PVP) - Amazing Looting System - Working VOIP Prox & Team (So Important) Star Citizen needs better audio in the game for sure, it's horrible. Being able to hear footsteps & banging noises brings huge immersion to a video game. Visuals that dilate your eyes making you hug shadows to not be blinded. AI that generally makes you scared to engage because it's challenging & not easy. A loot system that makes sense & being able to Full Loot Players & NPC alike gives reason to do anything, even as simple as find wires for a mission/quest! Listening to comms (Discord) where people are shouting how many rounds they have in their magazines. I need medicals, smoke on me I'm pinned down. Their moving this way, AI incoming. This never happens in Star Citizen cause there is no fear of loss. No gear loss. No ship loss, just bleh gameplay loops.... This is what I'd like to see from @CloudImperium @RobertsSpaceInd before 1.0. You nail Audio, Visuals, Immersion & Reason to play... you will make a game of the decades for sure!

@EpicGarloid I have almost 9k hours in Rust, I've been on the large populated servers. They run 10x better than SC even when SC has 30 server fps. SC has a very inefficient inventory system + 1250ms of client desync on average - no game runs that bad.

I dont know if you ever played on those 3000 person social experiment servers but uh, they ran way worse than sc does now lmao

@EpicGarloid Rust hasn't. 3000+ player servers, all fighting at once with combined arms, persistence, crafting, farming, base building and raiding. Lots of physicalized stuff, just like Star Citizen. SC is literally smaller scale than Rust... just think about that for a second.

My #StarCitizen tweet left my bubble and became a PvE vs PvP discussion ground. So figured I'd drop a thread regarding my stance as a previously self-proclaimed "Carebear" who is seemingly turning "Pirate". The game is not finished. One thing everyone should realize, Stanton was the first system. Made to provide both PvE and PvP experiences. Pyro is meant to be more PvP leaning. Terra is where you'll see it be more PvE leaning. Stop arguing for Stanton to be "safer". It needs to be more "secure". There's a difference in these terms. Stanton should never be safe, rather - it should be more secure. NPC law enforcement response, better base security, etc are better options over "safe zones" that limit or restrict player options in a SANDBOX game. If you don't like that people can push you into PvP in Stanton, then you just need to suck it up until Terra comes out or they adjust rewards in Pyro to actually be worth the PvP moving there for. Otherwise, bring friends or hire security to assist you. The fact that Stanton is already safer, more secure, AND still the best place to make profits is the problem no one in the room ever talks about. Risk vs Reward isn't aligned. Pyro mission payouts should be at least 2-3x what Stanton offers at a minimum, and then I bet you'll see a lot more people moving there instead of living in Stanton. Which means the PvP would move there more as a result. "But the exclusive..." There's nothing exclusive in Pyro. Player traders bring everything to Stanton and sell it. I can find ship components from abandoned/destroyed ships all around Stanton. There's genuinely not much to KEEP people in Pyro once the items have been farmed because the mission payouts are basically the same as Stanton's but with longer distances for travel and higher risk of being murdered. So the reward simply isn't worth the added risks. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk. Yes, I got bored while waiting on the new update 🤣
