@KarmjitK When you select the ling in the letter you have to create an online account before it will let you enter your bank details for the refund. do you get that error message as soon as you enter the details for the link or have you entered some information before it? Adil

@KarmjitK You do not need to set up a new account. The link I sent you is to log in to the account as well. Just log in this way and see if you are able to claim the refund. Use your existing user ID and password. Adil
