If these guys had put even 25% effort of the effort they put in bringing IPL back to Bengaluru, Karnataka would have won the Ranji Trophy. KSCA and its staff had their priority elsewhere.

@KarnatakaCrickt I respect your opinions but clearly better team won and we weren’t good enough in the final and most part of the season. You have tweeted the same post the final. Venky’s sole agenda before and after KSCA election was to bring cricket back to MCS and he has fulfilled that.

Karnataka did not plan to win RT. They planned to play some matches and win them. Unexpectedly on the back of some brilliant performances Ktk reached final and met a team that had planned for this occasion for more than 3 years. Team which was ready for challenge won in the end.

@KarnatakaCrickt This is so bizzare. Players play the match not the administrators. We lost to a better team. We wouldn’t even reach the knock outs if not for that incredible chase against Punjab. Bowling was way too weak throughout the season.

@nanuramu We will also move on...... but slowly. When we invest so much of our valuable time it is difficult to move on as fast as players and the officials can. For them it is job and they get paid win or lose. For us it is hobby/passion/interest that does not generate any money.

Even though I had access to best spot in Rajnagar stadium and was in Hubballi 2 days before match and could have extended my stay, I opted to leave to Udupi. I had a feeling deep inside that match would not go Ktk's way. Instead of tweeting so and jinxing team I tweeted as below.

Ktk's bowling is not a worry. It is avg and can only improve. Batting looks strong but I fear collapse. KLR, excellent not flawless. Mayank, scores or perishes. Devdutt fails after big score. Karun very edgy. Only Smaran looks assuring. Hope our stalwarts deliver a memorable win.

When team building is on Mayank is enough to guide youngsters. What did Karun do? Amassed 614 runs in league and has let down team in KOs scoring 4, 13, 60, 8 & 0. Karun was not needed at all. It was a step backwards by KSCA. Reminds me of baby elephant running around the field!
