When I visited the OLA office in Bangalore, I met the stray dogs or "Indies" they have adopted. These dogs are trained and well cared for. And as you can see, they enjoy being in the office. Much respect to @bhash & @Olacabs for their kindness 🙌🏽

@OlaElectric It’s been 36 days now!! Still if I dint get the scooter delivered after the repair !! What the hell is it ?? Highlight is : they said the issue is resolved and delivered me before Diwali jus 2 kms again batter dead 😵 now it’s been extra 1 week in SC @bhash

Even after 33 days battery haven't replaced.
Before the Diwali day they gave me the scooter without even any repair made worst!

@OlaElectric Guys Don't buy OLA vehicles, they are not at all providing after sales services very worst customer service from OLA, Even after raising a request for bike repair and booking the slots also they are not at all responding, very worst service, Don't regret after purchasing it.

@bhash We should also think of charging ola when they don't provide service to their customers. My scooter has been standing in the service station for more than 15 days why bcose they don't have batteries in their stock and the customer is suffering.
