@Royal_Greenwich I’ve looked at the form online and it says they will collect on the next scheduled round. That’s another two weeks! Surely we can’t wait that long. There are black bins over flowing.

If it was 5,000 people who won, only those 5,000 people should have been emailed for those tickets. Or the best way would have been, 'You have won, here are your tickets below in this email' not enter a queue, to then be "sold out" Once again Ticketmaster UK proving what an absolute shambles they are.
