@UtilitaArenaBHM Your staff were brilliant last night, how they handled the evacuation. When people followed instruction instead of questioning why, the evacuation where we were in the arena, was done brilliantly. Thank you. Pity that some individual thought it was funny to call a hoax threat.

Wow that's the first week of leave gone in a flash. Visit to the vets this morning, Lady for her monthly check up, and Gracie is in for her dental. The house is very quiet. Now to wait for the phone call to pick Gracie up.

Not the 50th Birthday that we had planned (we always have a saying we shouldn't plan) We should have been in Wales. The amazing husband he is, has spoilt me rotten. Banners, decorated cake by him, all spur of the moment. Virtigo + stomach bug not the 50th pressie I wanted.

@lynnsweefire It takes time to recognise and know your worth, and very true about the bravery. I was told yesterday 'they don't really know your worth till you leave" Now I smile but it takes time to build yourself up. Sending hugs to you and you are worth so much more. ❤️

#BereavedParentsDay It is the one day that I truly hope no other parents would go through. Our Jacob would have been 13 years old now.

It really is the simple things, that makes you take a step back and value moments. A challenging couple of months and probably a couple more to come, but my garden does give me some solace, along with time with my husband and doggies. Strawberries picked for pudding today.
