@Jamesputty8 @RealShahriqKhan 3. Museums and Synagogues today have Torah that match what was written in Jerusalem from 2000 years ago. 4. We have Ancient Torah that are over 2000 years old and all MATCH the Torah of today. That’s why Jesus having the Torah shows its preservation.

@Jamesputty8 @RealShahriqKhan That time stamp is the evidence of the uncorrupt Torah of today. 1. Jesus had the uncorrupt Torah in Jerusalem 2000 years ago. 2. Torahs are created by copying other Torah. Then cross checked. Even one letter written in error results in it being thrown out. 1/2…

Shahriq Khan@RealShahriqKhan·
Let’s address the global Torah conspiracy theory. When somebody says the Bible is corrupted, we never let them off the hook. It is such a radical claim. And when you say that, be prepared to give detailed accounts of when, where, how, and why for every single corruption claim that you find. And the funniest thing is, you have to answer the global Torah conspiracy theory. Which means thousands of scrolls in hundreds of cities, in multiple languages, all altered in exactly the same way. Hebrew manuscripts in Judea. Greek Septuagint translations in Egypt. Syriac translations in Mesopotamia. Latin translations in Rome. All copied by hand. All scattered across continents. And somehow you're claiming that without phones, emails, Zoom calls, or FaceTime, these scribes all coordinated and said: “Alright everybody, delete Isaiah 53 and Psalm 22 from your copy. Let’s corrupt it. Ready? Go.” But here’s the problem. We still have manuscripts from before Muhammad’s time in all of those languages, and they match the same Bible we have today. So if you’re going to claim the Bible is corrupted to support your false religious claims, you need global evidence. And I guarantee you, that’s a losing battle.

@Jamesputty8 @RealShahriqKhan That’s not the assertion. No one cares about manuscripts or remote scrolls. The assertion is that Jesus had the Torah & his was uncorrupt. You either agree with that assertion or not. If he DID have the uncorrupt Torah, then we know what the uncorrupt Torah looks like today.

@KatLeTel @RealShahriqKhan no. Jesus using the torah doesnt prove every manuscript was identical to the original. thats an assumption, not evidence.

@Jamesputty8 @RealShahriqKhan Jesus taught frequently from the Torah in the Main Jewish Temple in Jerusalem. That means that specific Torah was uncorrupted. Or he’d have rebuked them. Which means the Torahs that match that specific Torah, are also uncorrupted. Does that logic seem sound?

@KatLeTel @RealShahriqKhan yes, Jesus knew & taught God's true revelation. that doesnt prove every manuscript possessed by every group in his time was perfectly preserved.

@TheNewsProfesor @rawsalerts Poison was my first thought too. Pufferfish cause heart attacks. Plenty of things could cause a heart attack and be an easy way to explain his death.

@RealShahriqKhan now you are lying. no muslim claims there was a worldwide meeting to corrupt every manuscript. the question is simpler: can you prove today's torah is identical to the original revelation given to moses?

@RestoreBritain And he looks a complete twat. Not only totally uniformed, though 38yrs old when this happened & totally unsympathetic considering daddies guns more important. But blind as a bat: legit rowers of east coast being small boat people (remember that?) He should walk out to Dogger Bank

@ShadowtailCTC @AlexStAmand603 @250YearsAgoLive My understanding is that it answers the question: What is the reading on the thermometer? As opposed to whatever less precise means he had been using previously before he had the thermometer. Few people had one, so it’s a more precise label and adds reliability to the document.

@KatLeTel @AlexStAmand603 @250YearsAgoLive I think the question was why didn’t he label the last column as “Temperature” or “Temp.” (“What is the temperature?”) instead of “Thermom.” (“What is the temperature on the thermometer?”)

For some unknown reason, Thomas Jefferson is preoccupied this morning with recording the temperature. He writes that upon awaking at 6 AM, the temperature is a pleasant 68.0 degrees Fahrenheit, but that it is creeping up toward 70. On his way to Congress, Jefferson purchases a thermometer. It costs three pounds and 15 shillings. No-body knows why he is so concerned with the temperature today, especially, and for what reason he desires an accurate read.

@AlexStAmand603 @250YearsAgoLive “What’s the hour?” What time is it? Seems to be a different linguistic pattern. I assume life wasn’t refined down to the minute like us today. lol Maybe he even occasionally used a sundial, and a visual guess by looking at the sun.

@250YearsAgoLive My brain wants to understand why he wrote "Thermometer" in the last column instead of "Temperature"? He wrote "Hour" in the hour column. 🤔

@jordanlemichael @RealShahriqKhan If the “human sacrifice” your referring to is Christ dying in the cross, then yes. And only in that instance, because Christ is God the Son. He is the Pure Sacrifice who atones for sin. Otherwise “the soul who sins shall die” (meaning go to hell) and no human could enter Heaven.

@KatLeTel @RealShahriqKhan I’m sure. Can you reconcile god requiring human sacrifice of an innocent person. It’s not forgiveness if a payment is made and it’s not just as the innocent was punished for the guilty.

@jordanlemichael @RealShahriqKhan If you read the OP, you’ll notice a lack of chaos and drama. That’s the standard. So again, Korra and emotional posts are not worth my peace. I like substance and consistent messaging. After listening to some of her debates, she sadly lacks both.

@jordanlemichael @RealShahriqKhan She DOES add chaos though. And the comments surrounding her are toxic. So no, she and her followers are not worth my peace. Just like your comment, for example, doesn’t add any value and is attempting to be antagonistic.
