@EE Hello , in relation to this complaint. My bill should be & as confirmed £26.55 it was showing at £29 something. Instead of amending it down it has now gone up to £33.00 Can this please be rectified without me having to make any further lengthy phone calls Comp ID28268821

@easyJetholidays . I have now been offered a refund/ voucher had this been offered originally on the 11/2/25 . I would have had sufficient time to book elsewhere. Holiday prices have now increased to allow me to do this . *original deposit paid by voucher *

@easyJetholidays . I had no alternative but to follow up by telephone. The dialogue was the same as the email received. Spoke again Today & have been advised if I want a room without a view of construction. I need to pay a further £141.00. I will follow your complaints process1/2

@easyJetholidays I’ve raised my concerns regarding a booking with a hotel that has ongoing construction within the vicinity. I have been given a case ref and spoken twice in the last 3 weeks & still no response. I would have cancelled but I’ve paid the deposit with a voucher, 1/

@KatTilb Hello Kaz, thanks for reaching out again. We are in constant communication with our hoteliers and been aware of ongoing, off-site building work since last year. I can see that you are scheduled to depart in June and at present, it looks like work is due to conclude in May. (1/2)
