You should’ve had a family who stuck up for you. You should’ve had some support when you were being abused. Instead, the very people who are supposed to be there for you to protect you and support you were the ones abusing you and trying to gaslight you into believing you deserved it. Let me make it clear; you were NOT the problem. You had some very dysfunctional family members. I hope you’re recovering well and I hope your abusers are no longer a part of your life. 💛
