1/3 It is with a very heavy heart we are sorry to inform you all that we lost our amazing Jake on Wednesday. Jake was 24 years old & had been with the force since he was 5. He had a huge personality, kept us on our toes & was loved by everyone who met him #StandTall #PHJake

@AshleyStephenB1 very welcoming indeed. It must be the multi-agency ethos which underpins IOM and the fabulous practitioners we work with! I am glad you love it. It was also the best move for me back from a non ops secondment. The pace is on another level!

This morning we had an IOM team breakfast. The first joint team activity after a hard year so far for the team. It's so easy to say we are too busy to do these things but it's really important to take time when working a stressful job. I also appreciate being welcomed in.

Fit for nothing now after another busy week finished off with a ride. Once she gets passed the hump and has a little kick out, we fly. Nothing feels as good as riding outdoors with you girl. #bonded

@poornabell Also, when I go to the pub alone for a wine, or a restaurant to eat, why do people find it so strange? I get 'oh you should have said, you can't do that alone'.....yes I bloody can! Why can't I!? Like, please don't do that and don't feel sorry for me. Makes my blood boil.

@poornabell Paying single supplements for hotel rooms whether home or abroad is infuriating. And the general increase of costs of bills and the financial worry. When I was in a relationship and living together, worry was non existent because there were two wages to fall back on if needed.
