The UK Budget decreases the amount of money to help those most in need around the world, including older people. More can be done and Age International expects the Government to put the rights and needs of older people at the heart of its approach to international development.

I joined @decappeal to discuss how they are raising millions for the humanitarian situation in the Middle East, which we are match funding. I am appalled by the images of suffering in the region. We urgently need to see aid getting into Gaza and de-escalation across the region.
