I've decided to step down from my role with Ofsted at the end of this academic year and to go back to the classroom as a head of department. It has been an enormous privilege to work as geography subject lead and a HMI and I look forward to a busy final term in the role.

5 years ago in March I was appt HOE which brought us home to start adoption no 2. Today a court confirmed the adoption order for Asim to be our son - the final part of our forever family! I can’t describe the journey, but it’s done. Sheer determination got us here! Thrilled!

Our attendance has improved significantly this year. Now above NA for FSM and NFSM students, FSM attendance has improved 6.6%! Nudge texts have been useful. We use/adapt a bank of 80ish templates throughout the year. Happy to share.
