@ASOS_Menswear I bought an item on Friday. Paid for it to be delivered today. The item has a dirty white stain on the cuff and appears worn. The item has now gone back up in price since Friday so I can’t just order another one to replace it and send this one back.

I have a 2 year old who was grappling to get her bottle out of the jug. See photo attached. Awful hotel. Will not visit again and I suggest if you have young children avoid this place altogether!!

Our daughters milk to be warmed. In fact they refused!! They gave him a very large jug and it was filled with scalding hot water from a water machine and he was told to warm the bottle in the jug in the room. How can that be ok? How is that not a health and safety issue?
