@TUIUK How long should I expect to wait for you to respond to a customer complaint lodged 6 weeks ago in resort and also to a damaged luggage claim, lodged 5 weeks ago…??? Please restore my faith in TUI by offering a constructive way forward, other than completing a webform…

@pandocruises Cruise cancelled 13 March, told refund in 7 days, then 45 days, then 60 days. BUT have since been told 60 days starts from when P and O ‘cancel down’ the trip in their system. Which was 31 March. So not expecting any sign of the money until end of May approx 78 days. Disgusting.

@pandocruises Received full refund on 13/05 via credit card, for R005. Cruise was cancelled on 16th March, so 58 days ish. Massive relief. Faith restored.

we resorted to 4 pizza's - so boring the whole dinner thing! 4 people in family x 3 meals a day x 7 - = 84 meals per week ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh #mnchour
