A warming comforting Cottage pie and veggies and yes I do love lots of beefy gravy 😋 This wine I have seen criticised quite vigorously on here …..well for the price and to match a full flavoured dish with gravy this really works and I am good at wine pairing but each to their own 🙏

@StarkeyBarbara I'm so sorry Barbara, that must have felt such a loss. I felt like my dad had died too soon in his late 70's.

remembering my dad today, with great fondness. most days I wish for gardening advice from him and sometime can hear him saying things. 'there's an art to watering' how bloody true. Happy birthday Dad.

@Noahjames_nan Husband has it in one hand, Dr said unless he couldn’t get hand in pocket then ?? I laughed & said ‘but he’s a Yorkshireman’. He’s had 4 surgeries these last 7 mths so he’s leaving alone

@StarkeyBarbara I can't fully straighten my hand and it's started to pull my ring finger in so I'm hoping they will do something to halt the progress

Drs appointment at 11.30am for them to assess my hand and then hopefully refer me to the Orthopaedic department at the hospital!

@Noahjames_nan No mine is arthritis at base of thumb & wrist but assuming Orthopaedics. I need a ‘trapeziectomy’ had left hand done 3 yrs ago now time for right !!

@RobDebenham Some of the stuff was extreme, did friends want rid of them. Bungee, cycling dangerous roads, sky diving , sail up the Amazon , walk the Inca Trail or simply buy a beer

@jules0455 My husband has a crossover ‘man bag’ , never goes anywhere without it , handy for my tissues, lipstick, comb, phone as well 🤣. Had 3 over the years. Believe it or not he keeps a tape measure in as you never know 🤷‍♀️ Always the Engineer . Think you can make it out

We’re in Liverpool and it’s absolutely fucking freezing. ‚Feels like‘ 3 degrees is right I nearly went and bought one of those coats that’s like a duvet and thought I might blow off the top of the Liver Building.
