@Jopo_dr There are classes you can do if your interested called onefitmama or mummyfit, they do circuit classes where you can take your baby with you and specialise in post natal exercise.

Ladies who run and have had babies - how soon post natally can you start again? The internet seems to range in advice. I did manage a 4k at 12 days but haven’t managed since 😅
