@WiseBadger15 I would say maintaining a clinical element to stay current alongside the teaching component. Also being able to teach your own speciality mainly rather than having to teach all elements

Here’s an odd one for my #respiratory colleagues 80yo lady with SOBOE has emphysematous changes and flat diaphragm with absolutely no other changes. Life long non smoker and zero exposure to pollution Waiting for more tests but 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ #emphysema #chestXray
