If you or your family are ever frustrated by the 8am queue, or longstanding inability to see a GP, they know. This was in fact the plan. Govt are knowingly starving primary care of funding, and very specifically of funding to pay for GPs to see you. They don't care.

🚨 NHS England director ADMITS there are NO jobs in the NHS for GPs completing training🚨 The government’s strategic plan to destroy primary care is working: ❌ >£660,000,000 funding to GP practices has been cut in the last 5 yrs ❌ The funding given (to help practices address the GP shortage) permits practices to employ almost ANY other role who are NOT a GP?! All of this….yet RADIO SILENCE from the RCGP!
