@AnneQuinton I notice that you are from Leeds as I am. I can 10000% recommend the Leeds audiology clinic on park Square in Leeds. @leedsaudiology they will look in your ear. Can syringe if it's impacted wax but if they see inflammation or soreness will tell you if you need to go to your gp

@Kathhutt Thank you. It’s the unknown aspect that’s the problem isn’t it? Feels not big enough to go to the doctors, but you can’t just look at it to decipher the issues. I’ll be keeping all my suggestions safe - just in case. Thanks again

@AnneQuinton It really does depend on whether you know what the cause of your ear ache is. Wax? Infection? Swollen eustation tube?? Go see an audiologist who can put a camera in there and have a look.

@AnneQuinton If it's impacted wax, try for hopi ear candles. I went for drugs a combo of ibuprofen and paracetamol. Sofradex ear drops as an antibiotic and steroid.
