💡The new regulation proposal sets up welcome and necessary procedures for collaboration between Enforcement Authorities in cross-border Unfair Trading Practices cases but it remains strictly operational. Many challenges need to be addressed beyond this scope!

The proposals bring concrete tools to farmers on #cooperation and #contractualisation. But question marks remain open on enforcing rules against Unfair Trading Practices (#UTPs). Young farmers invite legislators to maintain commitment for fairer & more stable incomes.

Yesterday’s CEJA working group allowed many exchanges on recent developments, including: ➡️New College of Commissioners ➡️EU-Mercosur Agreement ➡️MFF ➡️UTP & CMO revisions 💬and many more. It also continued its positioning on the post-2027 CAP Environment and Climate Action.
