CEJA welcomes the trialogue deal on the regulation on cross-border enforcement of the #UTP Directive. We are now looking forward to the publication of the evaluation report on the directive itself, to advance next steps.

With the next trialogue on the revision of the #CMO, CEJA reminds that mandatory written #contracts provide predictability. It will also be a way to circumvent some UTP Directive loopholes (e.g. refusal to provide a written contract, but no strict anonymity of the complainant).
