My heart aches at the news of the terrible devastation and loss of life in Morocco from the earthquake there. I am glad to see the world coming together to provide aid and relief as quickly as possible, and I urge U.S. leaders to offer all we can to help.

BREAKING: Trumper Senator Tommy Tuberville is hit with devastating news as the Secretaries of the Army, Navy, and Air Force publish a brutal op-ed demanding that he end his “dangerous hold” on the confirmations of hundreds of military leaders. I’m their blistering op-ed, the secretaries accused Tuberville of “attacking” the “men and women” who serve our country —- and of causing them personal and professional hardships simply because “a single senator wants to “politicize” our armed forces. They wrote: “We know officers who have incurred significant unforeseen expenses and are facing genuine financial stress because they have had to relocate their families or unexpectedly maintain two residences. Military spouses who have worked to build careers of their own are unable to look for jobs because they don't know when or if they will move. Children haven’t known where they will go to school, which is particularly hard given how frequently military children change schools already. These military leaders are being forced to endure costly separations from their families — a painful experience they have come to know from nearly 20 years of deployments to places such as Iraq and Afghanistan. All because of the actions of a single senator. Rather than seeking a resolution to this impasse in that spirit, Tuberville has suggested he is going to further escalate this confrontation by launching baseless political attacks against these men and women." As an 83 yr old dyslexic who has had concussions, I realize my brain isn’t consistently dependable. So, I don’t run the biz I founded, or drive - but find lots of ways to thrive. Elderly politicians w brain issues, need help redirecting their energy.

My definition of success is: The Freedom to Be Yourself. My hope is that your decisions lead you to that that level of success.

@sweatystartup I’d be curious to see your Kolbe A Index. @KathyKolbe What are your thoughts on @sweatystartup making the case for a Quick Start? Do you see this among other entrepreneurs?

The most valuable trait of an entrepreneur: A sense of urgency. Most people walk slow, think slow, move slow, make decisions slow. They lolly gag around life. No energy. No excitement. Those people never end up making it happen. They end up working for the man, clocking in at 9am and clocking out at 5pm. Doing the absolute bare minimum to get paid next Friday and not get fired. Never making moves to chase additional opportunities, never taking a stab at entrepreneurship.

@SchwartzTV Ian, there’s a fabulous former Scottsdale schools art teacher working her heart out to help Hawaii. Michelle Peacock has made Hawaii her home- and would be a great person for you to interview. I believe she’s working closely with FEMA.
