@DropBearY2k @dinonadx @theRCN @patcullen9 @RCN_NI Questions matter to me because it helps me to see the perspectives and issues that are not always obvious. But you do you. As regards retention, there are other structural issues that need to be addressed. I do not agree that pay on its own, will solve our retention problems.
