@TicketmasterUK when you have an event in 48 hours & your collectors tickets still haven’t arrived and response via online chat has been going on for days with no actual answer!!! Maybe a carrier pigeon will arrive with them tonight?? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Our staff took delivery of multiple boxes yesterday but we are missing some items. The proof of delivery photo doesn’t show all the boxes, the parcel / tracking number doesn’t fully match the photo so just trying to get to the bottom of it.

They just go & steal what everyone else works hard for. They should be behind bars to prevent them ruining other peoples lives
